How to care for a bouclé sofa

Once your order is confirmed, your piece is made in our workshop in the fabric and size you chose. Lead times range from 10 to 28 days depending on the piece.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped with corner guards, double-wall corrugated board and stretch film. Upholstered pieces go into a moisture-barrier bag.
Customs and documents
For EU deliveries we prepare the export invoice and the A.TR movement certificate. Import VAT and any duties are shown clearly in your quote.
Delivery
The carrier calls you ahead of delivery. Please unpack and check the piece before signing the delivery note.
