We deliver across Europe
Door-to-door delivery to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Scandinavia and the Gulf.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 10–28 days depending on the piece; delivery within Europe takes a further 5–10 days.
Do I pay online?
No. We send you a written quote first. Production starts with a 30% deposit by bank transfer; the balance is due before dispatch.
Who pays import VAT and duties?
Your quote shows the total delivered price, including VAT for EU countries. For the Gulf, local duties are listed separately.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Made-to-order items are excluded from the EU 14-day withdrawal right. Transport damage is fully covered by our insurance.
Will it fit through my door?
Send us the width of your door, stairwell and lift. We check every order before production.
