We deliver anywhere in Turkey and to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, Switzerland and the UK. For another country, just ask us.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 15 to 30 days depending on the piece; delivery takes a further 10 to 25 days.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment. We send you a written quote first. When you approve it, you send a 50% deposit by bank or money transfer and production starts; the payment details are in the quote. You pay the remaining 50% in cash when your piece arrives at your door.
Are there customs duties or taxes for delivery outside Turkey?
Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price in your written quote; the amount you see there is the total. We prepare the customs and shipping documents with the carrier. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices on the site are in Turkish lira (TL) and exclude VAT. You can also see approximate amounts in dollars and euros at the Central Bank of Turkey’s daily selling rate; the exact amount is stated in your written quote.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Made-to-order items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Transport damage is fully covered by our insurance.
How long is the warranty?
Every piece has a 2-year warranty from delivery; we fix manufacturing and material defects in the frame, mechanisms and upholstery free of charge. Misuse and normal wear are not covered.
Will it fit through my door?
Send us the width of your door, stairwell and lift. We check every order before production.
