Delivery ·
How furniture travels from Turkey to your door
Packing, customs, lead times and insurance, step by step.
Once your order is confirmed, your piece is made in our workshop in the fabric and size you chose. Production takes 15 to 30 days depending on the piece, and delivery a further 10 to 25 days.
Packing
Every piece is wrapped with corner guards, double-wall corrugated board and stretch film. Upholstered pieces go into a moisture-barrier bag.
Customs and documents
For deliveries outside Turkey we prepare the export invoice and the customs documents. Import VAT and any duties are shown clearly in your quote.
Delivery
The carrier calls you ahead of delivery. Please unpack and check the piece before signing the delivery note.
